SRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11L1, BANF2, and NRAP. Each is linked with SRF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRF-to-partner and partner-to-SRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11L1 grouped by SRF-low versus SRF-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
