SREBF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SREBF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,981 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SREBF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC9A3R1, TKFC, and JCAD_S200. Each is linked with SREBF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SREBF1-to-partner and partner-to-SREBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SREBF1 versus SLC9A3R1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SREBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SREBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
