Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SREBF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,234 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SREBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERO1A, PGM5P4, and ZNF763. Each is linked with SREBF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SREBF1-to-partner and partner-to-SREBF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SREBF1 versus ERO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SREBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SREBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
