SRD5A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRD5A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR26A1, DBNDD1, and HMG20B. Each is linked with SRD5A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A2-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR26A1 grouped by SRD5A2-low versus SRD5A2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRD5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRD5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
