SRARP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRARP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP252, LINC01078, and TEX50. Each is linked with SRARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRARP-to-partner and partner-to-SRARP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRARP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRARP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
