Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SQLE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,344 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SQLE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGCS1, MVD, and XPO5. Each is linked with SQLE in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQLE-to-partner and partner-to-SQLE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SQLE versus HMGCS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SQLE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SQLE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
