Across TCGA cell cohorts, SQLE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,816 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SQLE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cholesterol biosynthetic process, Isopentenyl diphosphate biosynthetic process, and Farnesyl diphosphate biosynthetic process, mevalonate pathway. Each is linked with SQLE in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQLE-to-partner and partner-to-SQLE results are reported.
