Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SQLE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SQLE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETNLB, SPATA31D3, and CROCC2. Each is linked with SQLE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQLE-to-partner and partner-to-SQLE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RETNLB grouped by SQLE-low versus SQLE-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SQLE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SQLE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
