SPZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, JNK2, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with SPZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPZ1-to-partner and partner-to-SPZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by SPZ1-low versus SPZ1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
