Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS19, TLN2, and PTBP2. Each is linked with SPX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPX-to-partner and partner-to-SPX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPX versus RPS19 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
