Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6U2P, SNX3P1Y, and IFNA16. Each is linked with SPX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPX-to-partner and partner-to-SPX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6U2P grouped by SPX-low versus SPX-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
