SPTLC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTLC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTLC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR24_S484, MKI67, and ATAD2. Each is linked with SPTLC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC3-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTLC3 versus WDR24_S484 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTLC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTLC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
