SPTLC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTLC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,965 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTLC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATXN3, BAG5, and CEP170B. Each is linked with SPTLC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC2-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTLC2 versus ATXN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTLC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTLC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
