Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTLC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,782 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTLC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1D, AHSA1, and EIF2B2. Each is linked with SPTLC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC2-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTLC2 versus ATP6V1D in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTLC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTLC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
