Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTLC1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,570 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTLC1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macrophage activation, Phagocytosis, and Positive regulation of chemokine production. Each is linked with SPTLC1P5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTLC1P5-to-partner and partner-to-SPTLC1P5 results are reported.
