SPTA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 823 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIMT1, CCDC163, and GPR63. Each is linked with SPTA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DIMT1 grouped by SPTA1-low versus SPTA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
