SPSB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPSB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPSB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, FN1, and ISLR. Each is linked with SPSB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPSB4-to-partner and partner-to-SPSB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPSB4 versus THBS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPSB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPSB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
