Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPSB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 862 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPSB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRIQ3, EXD2, and KRTAP9-12P. Each is linked with SPSB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPSB4-to-partner and partner-to-SPSB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRIQ3 grouped by SPSB4-low versus SPSB4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPSB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPSB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
