SPSB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPSB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPSB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, RNU4-88P, and RNU6-1052P. Each is linked with SPSB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPSB2-to-partner and partner-to-SPSB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by SPSB2-low versus SPSB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPSB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPSB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
