SPRYD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,055 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRYD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUOX, PNPT1, and PPHLN1. Each is linked with SPRYD4 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD4-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD4 versus SUOX in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
