SPRYD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,717 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRYD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK9, SART3, and DOK3. Each is linked with SPRYD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD4-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD4 versus CDK9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
