The most reproducible SPRYD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, CD300E, and LILRA5. Each is linked with SPRYD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD4-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD4 results are reported.
