Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRYD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,208 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRYD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, FAM117B, and GALNT11. Each is linked with SPRYD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD4-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD4 versus SEPTIN7 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
