SPRYD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRYD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB1, MSH6, and NEK2. Each is linked with SPRYD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD3-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD3 versus LMNB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRYD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRYD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
