SPRY3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRY3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF13, OXSM, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with SPRY3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY3-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF13 grouped by SPRY3-low versus SPRY3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
