The most reproducible SPRY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01091, ASCL5, and DUSP6. Each is linked with SPRY1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY1 results are reported.
