Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPRR2G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPRR2G data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SPRR2G Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPRR2G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and LUAD are the cancer types where SPRR2G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
