Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,026 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR2G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of skin barrier, Skin epidermis development, and Leukocyte aggregation. Each is linked with SPRR2G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR2G-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR2G results are reported.
