SPRR2G

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR2G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,413 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR1B, CRCT1, and KRT9. Each is linked with SPRR2G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR2G-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRR2G versus SPRR1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
