SPRR2G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR2G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 479 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ3, KIF2C, and EME1. Each is linked with SPRR2G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR2G-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ3 grouped by SPRR2G-low versus SPRR2G-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
