SPRR2F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR2F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,900 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR2F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of skin barrier, Leukocyte aggregation, and Autocrine signaling. Each is linked with SPRR2F in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR2F-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR2F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of skin barrier grouped by SPRR2F-low versus SPRR2F-high in HNSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR2F→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR2F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
