The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SPRR2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPRR2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and LUSC are the cancer types where SPRR2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
