Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPRR2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPRR2A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher SPRR2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPRR2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where SPRR2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
