SPRR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P3, KRT90P, and MIR548AQ. Each is linked with SPRR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P3 grouped by SPRR1A-low versus SPRR1A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
