SPRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,429 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRADD, NAT1, and PARP4. Each is linked with SPRN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRN-to-partner and partner-to-SPRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
