Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP15, FBXO31, and PGF. Each is linked with SPRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRN-to-partner and partner-to-SPRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
