Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRING1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,136 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRING1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIP1R, SCYL2, and CD48. Each is linked with SPRING1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRING1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRING1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRING1 versus HIP1R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
