Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRING1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,187 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD8, DMXL2, and MED26. Each is linked with SPRING1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRING1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRING1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRING1 versus CHD8 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
