Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRING1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, RBMY2WP, and FGF12-AS1. Each is linked with SPRING1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRING1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRING1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5E-9P grouped by SPRING1-low versus SPRING1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
