SPRING1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRING1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes, CD8+ Tem, and Epithelial cells. Each is linked with SPRING1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRING1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monocytes grouped by SPRING1-low versus SPRING1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
