SPRED2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRED2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,251 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRED2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, WRNIP1, and NONO. Each is linked with SPRED2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED2-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
