Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRED2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHD4, LIMK1, and LUC7L3. Each is linked with SPRED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED2-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED2 results are reported.
