SPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,226 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPR_S103, PEX1, and PLS1. Each is linked with SPR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPR-to-partner and partner-to-SPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPR versus SPR_S103 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
