SPR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,489 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBKS, SMIM22, and CDCA4. Each is linked with SPR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPR-to-partner and partner-to-SPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPR versus RBKS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
