Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1273H, RNU6-630P, and ELOCP4. Each is linked with SPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPR-to-partner and partner-to-SPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1273H grouped by SPR-low versus SPR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
