Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,078 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tetrahydrobiopterin metabolic process, Tetrahydrobiopterin biosynthetic process, and Pteridine-containing compound biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SPR in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPR-to-partner and partner-to-SPR results are reported.
