Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPPL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, LINC02272, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with SPPL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPPL3-to-partner and partner-to-SPPL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by SPPL3-low versus SPPL3-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
