SPPL2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPPL2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,381 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPPL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP8, SECISBP2L, and DPP8. Each is linked with SPPL2A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPPL2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPPL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPPL2A versus USP8 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPPL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPPL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
