SPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,568 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPP1_S234, SPP1_S311, and SLC16A3. Each is linked with SPP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPP1 versus SPP1_S234 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
