Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,306 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBE1, HK2, and P4HA1. Each is linked with SPP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SPP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPP1 versus GBE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
